Guillaume Jacques-Pierre

Guillaume Jacques-Pierre grew up in the Avignon region of France, was educated in the local Cathedral school, spent some time as an actor, playwright and entrepreneur, before returning to work for his father’s wool trading company, which involved extensive travel through England and Southern Europe. His works still remain very popular, and English translations can be readily found.
