Mike Pedrana

Mike Pedrana is a boxer and the author of one collection of poetry, ‘Black Sheep Poems’. Mike says – I was raised by violence, and as a consequence I found myself doing it for money, which led to my regretful position in the criminal shadows, working for organised crime families. Always armed with a Beretta and a pen, I never lost my passion to be a poet. After a very lively career, amid drug addiction, jail, and an incautious lifestyle, my life changed when my daughters were born – which gave me purpose. Now I dedicate myself to them, and to being a recognised poet.
